KMF Senior Housing Investors has formulated four distinct strategies for investment in the senior housing sector. While all four provide the opportunity for superior returns, each individual strategy occupies a different place within the risk/return spectrum. We recognize that various investors have differing tolerances for risk within their portfolios and have structured our strategies taking these differences into account. They range from less risky investments with a high degree of certainty all the way to higher risk, value-added, opportunistic situations. We have potential investments currently available to implement any or all of our strategies.
