Wishing Well Portfolio Acquired

December 2008 - KMF Senior Housing Investors announced that an investment had been made in the Wishing Well Health Center and Manor. The property located in Fairmont West Virginia is comprised of two adjacent buildings containing 239 skilled nursing beds and 52 assisted living beds. Genesis Healthcare will manage the two facilities. The investment is structured as a leaseback with Omega Healthcare Investors.
