An architect by profession, Mr. Bottarelli
brings strategic planning and vision to the executive team.
During his 28-year career, Mr. Bottarelli has designed and
developed more than $1 billion in real estate throughout the
Midwest. He is co-founder of the Marquette Companies and Kensington/Marquette
Partners, LLC and serves as a national advisor to community
developers and church-based organizations.
Mr. Bottarelli is an innovator and
known for developing strategic alliances that integrate improvements
in technology and design to accommodate changing societal
needs.
A graduate from the University of
Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture,
Mr. Bottarelli is a board member of the National Multi-Housing
Council and founding board member of the Institute for Community.
He is past President of the Apartment Council of Greater Chicago,
an advisor to Harvest For Humanity and a

Steven Fishman is a Principal with KMF Senior Housing Investors,
LLC, specializing in senior housing investment management
and advisory services.
In addition to KMF, Mr. Fishman is
the President and Co-Chairman of Formation Capital, LLC, which is a
full service finance and consulting company providing financial
advisory services, mortgage products and liquidity options
for senior living, and long-term care and health care companies.
Previously, he was the President and Managing Principal of ZA
Consulting Company, a senior housing and healthcare consulting company
which specializes in financial and transactional consulting and offers a scope
of services that include due diligence, evaluations, financial restructuring,
marketing, operational improvement, takeover and turnaround services and valuation reporting.
Mr. Fishman has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry,
including 12 years in the industry's senior housing and health services sector.
Mr. Fishman's involvement in health
care industry trade associations include the Assisted Living
Federation of America, the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association,
the National Association for Senior Living Industry Executives and
the Healthcare Financial Management Association, where he has
served on the Reimbursement
Committee. Mr. Fishman received his Bachelor of Science degree
in accounting from Drexel University.

Richard Harb is a Principal with KMF Senior Housing Investors,
LLC, specializing in senior housing investment management
and advisory services.
During his 25-year career, Mr. Harb
has operated more than 30,000 residential units throughout
the United States, including 8,000 in senior housing. He is
president of Marquette Management, Inc., an industry leader
in residential management and customer service. Mr. Harb founded
the Marquette School of Advanced Management, specializing
in staff training and development, team-building skills, customer
satisfaction, and resident retention.
Mr. Harb brings his expertise and
leadership to the team to identify and enhance high-quality
senior housing operators, through proven system development
and training programs.
Mr. Harb is an educator by profession,
with a Graduate degree in administration. He is a national
lecturer, served two terms as President of the Apartment Council
of Greater Chicago, and is a member of the National Multi-Housing
Council.

James Lee is a Principal with KMF Senior Housing Investors,
LLC, specializing in senior housing investment management
and advisory services.
In addition to KMF, Mr. Lee is a Principal
of Kensington Realty Advisors. Kensington Realty Advisors
(KRA) is a registered investment advisor providing real estate
investment management and advisory services to its clients,
large public pension funds. In addition to its pension advisory
division, KRA has a division that originates fixed-rate debt
investments for a variety of capital sources. Mr. Lee's main
responsibilities include the overall supervision and management
of the mortgage division.
In 1982, Mr. Lee began his career
with the Prudential Realty Group. He has extensive experience
in the acquisition, asset management, disposition, and financing
of diverse property types across the nation.
Mr. Lee is an active member of the
Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, Mortgage
Bankers' Association, National Association of Real Estate
Investment Managers, and the Counselors of Real Estate. Mr.
Lee received his Bachelor of Science degree in architecture

Nicholas Ryan is a Principal with KMF Senior Housing Investors,
LLC, specializing in senior housing investment management
and advisory services.
During a 25-year real estate career,
Mr. Ryan has designed, developed, and operated more than $1
billion worth of residential properties, including senior
housing and inter-generational communities.
Mr. Ryan co-founded the Marquette
Companies in 1983, which currently has over 300 employees
dedicated to the housing industry. In 1994, Mr. Ryan co-founded
Kensington/Marquette Partners, LLC, which has subsequently
acquired and operated more than $400 million of apartment
assets on behalf of separate account clients. Mr. Ryan is
known for his ability to form high-quality, long-lasting,
successful strategic partnerships.
Graduated from Rose-Hilman Institute
of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil
engineering, Mr. Ryan currently serves as a board member of
the National Multi-Housing Council and the Institute for Community
and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.

Chris Sertich is a Principal with KMF Senior Housing Investors,
LLC, specializing in senior housing investment management
and advisory services.
In addition to KMF, Mr. Sertich is
the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Formation Capital, LLC, a financial
advisory and mortgage banking firm that specializes in the senior housing and long-term
care industry.
Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and a Director of PRN Mortgage Capital, LLC, a mortgage banking entity in the senior housing and long-term care industry. Through the use of secondary market sources such as loan
securitization and direct loan placements, the entity closed more than $1.5 billion of loan volume over a three-year period. Mr. Sertich also has worked in the public finance arena,
completing more than $750 million of tax-exempt bond offerings in both feasibility consultant and advisory capacities.
Prior to entering mortgage banking, Mr. Sertich was in the healthcare consulting practice of Coopers & Lybrand with responsibilities for project management and client development within the healthcare industry. Areas
of professional competence included financial feasibility, analysis and support of acquisitions and strategic and
financial planning for acute-care hospitals, long-term care facilities and related entities.
Mr. Sertich has been active in many of the senior housing and long-term care trade associations,
including the National Investment Center for the Senior Housing and Long-Term Care Industries (NIC),
Assisted Living Federation of America and the American Health Care Association, among others. He has a Master's degree
in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kelley Smith is a Principal of KMF and also a Principal of
Kensington, where her main responsibilities are the asset
and portfolio management activities of the firm. Ms. Smith
is also responsible for overseeing the financial management
and accounting functions, and is the primary liaison with
clients as to property operations and performance.
Prior to joining Kensington in 1992,
she was associated for nine years with Catellus Development
and for two years with KPMG.
Ms. Smith earned her Bachelor of Science
degree in accounting from Illinois State University and received
designation as Certified Public Account. She is an active
member in the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association,
National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and
is past President of the Chicago Chapter of Commercial Real
Estate Executive Women.

Philip Van Syckle is a Senior Officer with KMF Senior Housing
Investors, LLC, specializing in senior housing investment
management and advisory services.
In addition to KMF, Mr. Van Syckle
is a Vice President with Kensington Realty Advisors responsible
for heading a new division that creates investment opportunities
through real estate operating companies.
Prior to joining Kensington in 1998,
Mr. Van Syckle was the administrator in charge of the mortgage
and real estate division of the State of Michigan Pension
Funds. During his career at the State of Michigan Pension
Funds, he was responsible for the acquisition of $1.5 billion
in mortgages and in the growth of the equity real estate portfolio,
which now exceeds $3.8 billion. Mr. Van Sycklešs responsibilities
at Michigan included: strategy, portfolio management, financing,
acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Van Sycklešs foresight
and planning resulted in the successful implementation of
the real estate operating company as a major investment vehicle
for the State of Michigan Pension Funds.

of Science degree from Western Michigan University. He is

Arnold Whitman is a Principal with KMF Senior Housing Investors,
LLC, specializing in senior housing investment management

In addition to KMF, Mr. Whitman is
the CEO and Co-Chairman of Formation Capital, LLC, a financial
advisory mortgage banking and capital enhancement provider
for the senior housing and healthcare industry and Executive
Vice President and founder of Prime Care Properties. Prime
Care Properties owns approximately $330 million of senior
housing properties nationwide and contracts with third-party
operators. Prime Carešs largest client is Marriott Senior
Living Services.
Prior to 1998, Mr. Whitman provided
mortgage banking and financial advisory services that resulted
in more than $5 billion in financing to the senior living
industry and was responsible for the origination and underwriting
of healthcare loans for Meditrust, the nation's largest Health
Care REIT.
Mr. Whitman is the President of the
National Investment Center for the Senior Housing and Long-Term
Care Industries (NIC). NIC is a non-profit organization whose
sole mission is to facilitate efficient capital formation
for the senior housing and long-term care industries through
networking, research and providing business and financial
information. Mr. Whitman is also a member of the Board of
Directors of Care Institute, a non-profit healthcare company
that owns assisted living facilities.
